session:
i photograph entirely on location, at your home or at neighborhood parks. i prefer homebased sessions for younger children because the sense of ease and belongings that little ones need (babies and toddlers especially) feel on their "home turf" is reflected in more relaxed and natural images.
i want you to be sure that you are comfortable with my style of photography before you invest in me!
clothing:
should be kept simple, such as dark and light solids. jeans and bare feet are always a favorite with kids, and even with the entire family.
- maternity
 between 34 and 36 weeks to get the best belly photos possible!
- newborns
 it's ideal to shoot newborns within 2-10 days of birth!
 i will allow for plenty of time for nursing and cuddling so plan 2-4 hours. outfit choice for newborns  NO CLOTHES.
 clothes on a newborn look unnatural! keeping it simple produces those womb like images!
proofs:
will be presented approximately 2-3 weeks after your session in a on-line private gallery. this gallery will be active for 30 days if more time is needed, your gallery can be extended for a fee.
all images will remain on file, should you ever desire additional reprints at a later date.

when ordering images keep in mind that the proof may be proportional to a 4x6. when ordering a 5x7 or 8x10 some cropping will occur to the original image. if you are worried that too much cropping will occur, ask to see a previewed image before placing the order. to maintain the exact look of a 4x6, an 8x12 is the next proportional size up.
